Terms of Service

1. Scope of Service
These terms apply to all services provided by DomoticaCH (Chemin du Grand-pré 7, 2926 Boncourt), including IT Support, Web Design, and Smart Home installations.
2. Hardware Repair & Data Liability
Important: Data Backup
While we handle your devices with extreme care, DomoticaCH is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during hardware repair, upgrade, or system installation. The client is solely responsible for backing up their data before handing over the device.
3. Warranty
Labor: We provide a 30-day warranty on our labor/installation services.
Hardware: For replaced components (e.g., SSDs, GPUs), the original manufacturer's warranty applies. We assist in processing RMAs but do not manufacture the parts ourselves.
4. Payments & Invoices
Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. For custom hardware orders (e.g., High-End Gaming PCs), DomoticaCH reserves the right to request a deposit before ordering components.
5. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the Canton of Jura.
